If geography is on our side (we're located in central New Jersey), we can come out to meet you, shake your hand and learn a little about your business and your needs - at no charge to you. This meeting is a great way to get to know each other and for you to decide if you'd like to do business with us. If we can't meet in person, we'd be happy to do a conference call and get to know you that way.

No-obligation project consulting

If you've taken a gander at our development process, you know that the first phase of any project we undertake is "Discovery". This phase is where all the pre-planning happens - where the proposal and project specifications are outlined and the scope of work is developed through intensive and thorough consultation about your marketing needs and project goals. At the end of this phase we'll put a detailed proposal in your hands, including budget, timeline and payments terms.

Our goal, by the end of this phase, is to earn your trust and an agreement to continue working with you on your project, but you're not committed to our proposal until you sign on the dotted line - and we won't ask you to do that unless you are completely satisfied with our performance and the terms of the agreement.

We're so confident that we can serve your needs that we separate "Discovery" from every other phase of our development process just so that you still have an opportunity to say "see ya!" before committing to us. Your proposal will be comprehensive and detailed enough to take to any developer for production.

* Initial consultation

• The initial consultation will be a one-time meet-and-greet with one of our senior project managers and/or senior consultants at your location or an agreed-upon midpoint. We find that book stores and coffee shops provide pleasant environments.
• A one-hour time slot will be blocked off for the meeting (not including travel time).
• As we are located in central New Jersey, we will make every effort to meet you in person if you are within a reasonable travel distance. We reserve the right to determine “reasonable”.
• If we are unable to visit, we will schedule a one-hour conference call with you and one of our senior project managers and/or senior consultants. You may have as many persons from your office participate as you wish.
• The initial consultation does not include any production work, project documentation or specific project planning.
• During the meeting we will learn about your business, answer any questions you may have about our work or development process and brainstorm general project goals and direction.
• There are absolutely no fees or commitments.

**No-obligation project planning

• Project planning and consulting are billed at an hourly rate, per human resource, for all consulting/production time, meetings and phone calls related to project development.
• A deposit and signed work order is required prior to beginning the Discovery phase.
• At your request we will provide you with a detailed report of our activities and time spent on your project.
• Upon conclusion of the Discovery phase and final payment, the completed proposal and scope-of-work will be your property. You are under no obligation to use our production and development services.
